Biography

I am an animator, compositor, and designer with a background in choreography and filmmaking. I spent five years at CBS Sports, creating show opens, bumpers, lower thirds, and logos before moving into a decade-long career as a full-time freelancer. Over the years I’ve collaborated with Ogilvy, ZTribeca, KSK Visuals, MJM, CG Partners, Edit One, Barker, Osmosis, TBWA/Chiat, Cutters Studios, Nomad, Eyeball, AOL, IFC, Netflix, Friendshop, Candor Labs, Goop, MerchantCantos, among many others.

I’ve also created graphics for independent projects such as the documentaries Estamos Aqui (Danken Got), Americonned – Time to Rise, The Human Microbiome, and design and animations for War Child. In addition, I’ve worked on multiple site-specific video installations for corporate events including conferences, trade shows, entertainment, and theater productions. Clients include Deloitte, JP Morgan, Bentley Systems, NovaTech, Betty Buzz, and the music theater experience Ocean Filibuster from Obie Award-winning company PearlDamour.

I bring to motion design the sensibility of a choreographer—an attention to rhythm, timing, and flow. I also embrace AI tools as creative companions that expand my design possibilities, always with respect for the craft and the people who will experience the work.

My broader artistic practice has been recognized with honors such as a Guggenheim Fellowship (2009), the Best Experimental Film Award at the Brooklyn Film Festival, and the Jury Award at the Dance on Camera Festival at Lincoln Center.
